- Camera: used to provide the app's camera, zoom, stabilization, and related capture features.
- Photos and videos / media: used to save media created with the app and to access images or videos you choose to open, view, edit, or use with app features.
- Microphone: the app declares microphone access for audio-related camera or video functionality where that feature is used.
- Internet and network access: used for third-party services such as advertising, analytics, crash reporting, purchase-related services, and other online functionality.
How we use information
Zoomify uses device permissions and information to provide the features you request, including camera and zoom functionality, stabilization, media viewing or editing, saving captured media, and maintaining app performance and stability.
Photos, videos, and audio
Photos, videos, and audio are accessed only as needed to provide the app features you choose to use. You can deny or revoke camera, microphone, and photo/video permissions through Android settings, although features that depend on those permissions may no longer work.
Indigo Apps Co does not sell your photos, videos, audio, or personal information.
Analytics, diagnostics, advertising, and other Google services
Zoomify uses third-party Google services that may process certain technical, usage, diagnostic, advertising, and device-related information as described below.
- Google Analytics for Firebase: may collect app usage and interaction information to help us understand how the app is used and improve it.
- Firebase Crashlytics: may collect crash reports, application state, device information, and installation identifiers to help diagnose crashes and improve stability.
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob: automatically processes information such as IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or advertising identifiers for advertising, analytics, measurement, and fraud prevention. An IP address may be used to estimate a device's general location.
- Google Play Billing: is used to process in-app purchases. Payment information is handled by Google Play; Indigo Apps Co does not receive your full payment-card details.
These third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy practices. You can learn more at Google Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy and Security.
Location
Zoomify does not request Android precise or approximate location permission. Advertising services may still infer general location from information such as an IP address, subject to their own privacy practices, consent requirements, and device settings.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Technical information may be transmitted to service providers such as Google when their SDKs are used for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, billing, or related app services. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and applicable consent, device, and legal requirements.
Support communications
If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message content, and any attachments you send. We use this information to respond to your request and provide support.
Data retention
Media saved on your device remains under your control and can be deleted using your device's normal photo, video, or file-management tools. Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request and maintain appropriate records. Data processed by third-party services is retained according to those providers' policies and settings.
Your choices
- You can review, allow, or revoke app permissions through Android settings.
- You can manage advertising and privacy choices through your device and, where presented, consent controls in the app or Google services.
- You can delete media saved on your device using your device's normal photo, video, or file-management tools.
Children's privacy
Zoomify is not directed to children under 13, or under the applicable minimum age of digital consent in a user's country. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children outside the operation of the third-party services described above.
Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the app and rely on established platform and service providers for services such as advertising, analytics, crash reporting, billing, and distribution. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its features, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
