By installing or using Indigo Apps Co apps (including GPS Camera and Zoomify), you agree to these Terms.
Using our apps
- You agree to use the apps only for lawful purposes.
- You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the apps.
Permissions
- GPS Camera may request camera, storage, and location permissions to stamp and save photos.
- Zoomify may request camera and storage permissions to edit and export photos. If a feature needs microphone/video access, it will be disclosed before use.
Intellectual property
- All branding, app content, and trademarks belong to Indigo Apps Co.
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the apps except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers
- The apps are provided “as is” and “as available”.
- We do not guarantee the apps will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indigo Apps Co is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.
Changes
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
