1. Using our apps
You may use our apps for personal or other lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and any applicable app-store rules.
- You must not use an app in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
- You must not intentionally interfere with, damage, abuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to an app or related services.
- You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit an app except where permitted by applicable law.
2. Your photos, files, and other content
You retain ownership of photos, images, files, and other content that you create, save, or choose to use with our apps. Using an Indigo Apps Co app does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you create, edit, save, or share using our apps does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
3. App features and accuracy
Our apps may provide camera, zoom, location, compass, altitude, angle, measurement, sensor, editing, or similar utility features. Results can vary depending on the device, hardware, operating system, sensor calibration, environmental conditions, network availability, and other factors.
Information or measurements provided by our apps are intended for general-purpose use and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional surveying, navigation, engineering, emergency, medical, or other safety-critical tools or advice.
4. In-app purchases and paid features
Some Indigo Apps Co apps may offer in-app purchases, paid features, or options such as removing advertisements. Purchases are processed through the applicable app store, such as Google Play, and are also subject to that store's terms and payment policies.
We do not receive your full payment-card information. Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled in accordance with the applicable app-store rules and any rights provided by law.
5. Advertising and third-party services
Some apps may use third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, billing, location functionality, or other features. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content that we do not control.
6. Privacy
How information is accessed and processed can differ between our apps. Please review the privacy policy for the specific app you use on our Privacy Policies page.
7. Intellectual property
Indigo Apps Co retains all rights in its apps, software, branding, designs, logos, and other materials, except for content owned by users or third parties.
No right or license is granted except the limited right to use the apps in accordance with these Terms.
8. Availability, changes, and updates
We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features when needed to improve an app, maintain compatibility, comply with legal or platform requirements, or for other operational reasons.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device, Android version, country, or network.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that an app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate, or compatible with every device or configuration.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Indigo Apps Co will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, our apps.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such a limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our apps, services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
Your continued use of an app after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
